The people came in above and kids were running around and jumping we could not sleep told the manager and she did nothing thanks a lot now we hit the road with terrible sleep

Was the worst hotel experience of my life. There was poop on the comforter that was on the bed and the couch had poop stains on it. Also in the morning a bug came out of the pillow that my partner slept on. It was his birthday, you can imagine how his birthday started.

Bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. However, the room we were assigned smelled musty, the bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off fully (more than a drip) and the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed because the rod was barely attached to the wall.
