Very nice staff, we felt welcome, very good location, the place was nice and tidy.

Although in general we have enjoyed the stay, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. First of all, I felt a bit scammed because I chose this $100 more expensive condo over another one because pictures show a nice area rug, making it feel more luxurious. Upon arrival we have found a bare floor with no rug. Speaking of the floor, after we entered on day one I lightly pushed a wet wipe on the floor, the wipe turned black, so even though the floor appeared clean at first, it was actually very dirty. On top of that, many things were broken, including some outlets, balcony lock, lights (some missing light bulbs completely) and even the iron, which is listed in the list of amenities. So if we chose this place over another also because this one includes an iron, we would have gotten double scammed. and we clearly didn't get what we were offered, and what we essentially paid for. The room closet, where normally we would be able to put shoes and suitcases, had an old TV on the floor, so the suitcases had to be placed on the walkway. Though we appreciate everything that was provided for us, we were provided with a single laundry pod, so enough for less than half of a single load, which felt a bit skimpy. Also, this one is outside of the owner's reach, but all 3 elevators on this side of the building were broken, so we had to wait in a very long line on the other side of the building that has only 2 elevators because everybody had to go to that side to be able to go up and down. Another thing that might be outside of owner's control, but I hate hidden fees, and instead of being charged $35 for the parking like advertised, we were charged $50 - $45 for the parking instead of $35, plus $5 additional hidden fee. I would be more comfortable if the ad said $50 parking and there is $10 discount for early registration.

Elevators were down fire alarms went off twice. Parking was ridiculous. We had my handicap Grandma with us which made everything almost impossible. Our room was smaller than expected was also explained that they were two bathrooms. There was only one bathroom was not the cleanest. Also had an additional charge when I went to check in. I didn’t get the proper email to check in. We went upstairs to the dining area. Wait to 10 minutes and no one even came out to see us so we left. Beyond disappointed will never ever come back.

There was a little construction going on, but it wasn’t bad. Our stay was great. Communication was awesome. They got back to you in a short amount of time. There was a few issues, but nothing major.

The apartment was more than expected fully furnished was a plus just like home

Nothing at all about getting in and out of the resort it was a nightmare a couple of times on the elevators and we felt like we couldn't leave the apartment

The property itself was overall good. The staff was not rude but not the most friendly. I read many reviews on the property and found that the reviews were mostly correct…the elevators are pretty bad. High peaks time are nearly 30-45 minute wait one way. We were on the 9th floor so I think the higher you were, the worse it would be. Also, the air conditioner would never drop below 70 degrees even when set at 67 ( not a game changer but I like to be cooler) The bunkbeds and regular bed were average beds. The couch bed was terrible but the pillows were even worse…they were like bricks. This was a decent condo at best. DO NOT wait until the morning of the take your things across to the parking garage. This would take you hours if you wait until 8 or 9

Room looked like the pictures which was a pleasant surprise! No false advertising. The bedroom was beautiful and the kids lived having their own room, and we loved having separate bathrooms. There was a drip coffee and a k-cup machine (so you know what kind of coffee to buy). The rocking chairs on the balcony were a family favorite, especially for the 1 year old who still likes to be rocked! The room was clean and we would stay there again! The elevators and check in were the only downside... we learned to use elevators during early hours and not around check in, check out, or dinner hours. We did end up walking the stairs quite a bit. We didn't hear neighbors at all which was a plus! The view was great! And communicating with the property before and during the stay was very helpful and much appreciated! Staff at the resort was all very friendly!

The condo room itself was comfortable and nice. We had what we needed and we slept well. The building elevators made it so that we will more than likely never stay there again. We waited 45 minutes sometimes for an elevator. We used the stairs the majority of the time, but were unable to carry all of our luggage up and down that way. Getting a cart to unload your things is very limited, as well. At the pool, teenagers were very disrespectful. Someone threw a firework down in front of us from their balcony, and there was a fight at the pool one evening. We had to quickly move our kids out of the area. The beach area is very full with not much area to sit and relax.
