Tidewater Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways

The resort was very nice and well kept. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Only thing I did not like about the resort was the elevators between the hours of 3pm-7pm. Not being a le to call for an elevator on any floor above ground level was not a good idea. I had to wait for 45 minutes at one point to get on the elevator when I can hear it pass by my floor because I was unable to call for one. I see what the idea was behind doing that but it needs some better planning for better execution.

The elevators took forever.

The dryer did NOT work. The elevator was HORRIBLE I am handicapped and the ramp to get down to the beach is unreal!!!! I rented an electric scooter to get down to the beach your ramp is so narrow & the turns are just tooooo tight.

Elavators were awful they inoperable most of the time. Up to 30 minute wait for them at peak times. Condo was great. Property was awful. Last stay here.

The location was great. The beach was great. The view was great!

We are used to staying in smaller condos so this was a totally different experience. The complex was too big, too crowded, not super clean, and the elevators were anywhere from a 15-40 minute wait. The pools were very cold. The entire place just seemed dirty and disheveled.

The only issue was the slow elevators

Elevator wait was terrible, so thankful we were on 6th floor!

Room to small. No towels, no tissue, no dishwasher soap, no dishwasher machine soap.
