Tidewater Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways

Everything was perfect about staying here. The only thing that was an absolute headache was the elevators. In my 5 day trip I probably spent a total of over 5 hours just waiting for the elevator. It was ridiculous.

Great property and location. Elevators were not working properly. Pillows on beds were hard as rocks. Everything else was good

With the construction going on around there, it was kind of confusing getting to the parking deck. My main complaint is the elevators. A majority of the time, they simply weren’t working. It’s bad enough they’re all super crowded, but out of service caused a lot of wasted time trying to get to/from the unit.

one of the outdoor hot tubs was broken and the other was dirty. for most of the stay one of the four lifts were in use. lifts were quick to get you to your floor yet took forever to come when called and they were quite noisey. you could hear the lifts from deep within the room all through the night.
