the place is kind of out dated in the rooms. They were clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable, too soft. The girl that runs that place is amazing, she was always there working so hard.

Dated room in need of a carpet change, not just a cleaning. Carpet was dirty. Room smelled of some fragrance cleaner that is almost offensive. Refrigerator had to be changed out. Their maintenance couple were helpful in changing out the refrigerator and figuring out the TV operation. Their breakfast was terrible.

The beds seemed a little hard for me. The shower was nice & hot. Massage felt great, Breakfast was really great. But overall was a very nice overnite stay. Thanks Tb in Ga

I have been a wyndham member for 20 years, and 100's of stays all over the south east, and NEVER have I encountered a hotel owner so dishonest and rude. My rate was the same for both of the nights I had booked, cancellation policy stated before 4pm the day of arrival, this incident happened approximately 1:44 pm 5/18. He changed the folio with an ink pen and charged me a different rate after I had signed and had my room key. I found out his fraud with an immediate text from my credit card company. When I asked him about the charges, he was shocked that I knew what he had done and continued to tell me the computer did it automatically. I asked to see my original signature on the folio and the computer had printed the correct price, he had changed it in ink and recharged my credit card. I took the folio to show my husband and to call my credit card company and report the fraud, he chased me down and tried to take the folio out of my hand. My husband stepped to him and stopped his advance. We said we were not staying and wanted a refund of all the charges incurred. He demanded the folio back that he had written on fraudulently, I took a photo with my phone of it when he refused to give me a copy and he lunged at me to take my phone, my husband stepped between us and told him to back off. I have a copy of the fraudulent folio as a record of his illegal activity. If you want a copy I would be happy to forward it to you, otherwise I will assume you do not care about such behavior in your independent owners. I will spread this far and wide and will NEVER stay at a wyndham property again.

"Housekeeping is very poor"

Four night stay and housekeeping didn't stop by until around 7PM on day 2. After being gone all day on day 3 I came back to my room to find that the bed had been made and two used towels had been taken and one used towel had been folded up and put back in place. Trash had not been emptied and used coffee cups and coffee had not been replaced. Before going out fishing all day I laid all of the used towels and trash cans on the floor just inside the door along with a note asking them to replace the towels, coffee, cups and empty the trash. Upon my return at 7:30 pm I opened my door only to see everything exactly the way I had left it. This time I went to the lobby and asked if they had any housekeeping on site and they looked at me as if they were totally clueless what housekeeping even was. I told them my room number and then they knew what I was talking about. Their response was "We've been pretty busy today and hadn't got to any of the stay over people yet"! I told them this was unacceptable and went back to my room and tossed the dirty towels and trash outside my door. Fifteen minutes later there's a knock at my door, saying "Housekeeping". I open the door and there stands the people from the lobby! Unbelievable! I don't think they even had housekeeping people. I took clean towels from them and shut my door, I was in no mood to stand outside and wait for the room to be cleaned. The free breakfast was simple but ample however, I took the time to clean area up myself as there were dirty waffle mix cups, spilled orange juice and the table was sticky from syrup. No reason for it to be in this condition when the people running the place are less then 10' away!
