The price. That’s literally it.

The rooms were atrocious. Every single linen had stains, including the shower curtain. There was food on the floor and the rooms clearly had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Staff was rude and initially lied about being able to reverse charges to my credit card, saying they could only give me “points”. As if I’m interested in staying in a Choice hotel again if this is how they are managed. Several other families left and found other hotels to stay in. The breakfast was terrible and there are signs everywhere forcing you to eat in the dining area. Since when can’t people have food in their own hotel rooms? It smelled awful. Like the carpets haven’t been cleaned, ever. Limited to two people per elevator ride? Sounds safe. Absolutely terrible experience.

They didn't clean the room and the breakfast was not good need to up grade there breakfast

It’s a hotel quick breakfast

It took me 15 mins to even get served I booked another night they “refunded” my deposit then took another deposit. There was blood on one of the beds the other bed wasn’t even made up. We had to ask for extra towels because the other ones looked like they might have been used. And the poop was NASTY! While the Jacuzzi was not in service and the whole pool area was blowing freezing cold air. There was also an incident on my floor that had police involved. Very ghetto all we could hear for a good two house was yelling screaming and apparently the master key doesn’t work .

Decent price, location was good.

Tv didn’t work at all during the stay. Even thought the lobby and ground floor tvs worked fine.(Allegedly had WiFi issues). Reported it to front desk, and was told a tech would fix it. Following day wasn’t fixed, reported to front desk again and they responded that it would be the following day. Dead bugs (Beatles on bathroom floor) Multiple days the room key did not work and had to get front desk to reauthorize. One of the lamps in the room had a bad flickering problem Door frame was not fully require as, you could see outside light from the hallway all around the door, almost as if the door wasn’t fully closed. Both pool and hot tub went down for maintenance for two days Asked for room cleaning one of the days, didn’t receive until the next day after re asking. Freezer in room did not work, but the refrigerator portion froze items
