"Incredibly dirty, hot tub was cool, incorrect room assignment, attempt to charge pet fee for a service animal after bein"

It’s near the highway and the rooms are large.

There was stuff littered on the floor from recent guests-hair, hair ties, water bottle caps, visible very dirty staining on the carpet, a very dirty fridge with old food in it from a previous tenant. The fridge didn’t work and had a drip tray with slimy liquid and mold growing on it. The lamp did flickered a few times and then died completely, there was hair in the bathroom. The hot tub was luke warm. Before arrival I informed staff I had a service dog and his primary function. Upon arrival they indicated they had no idea I had one but stated it was fine. When we arrived at the room, it was a king bed. I had booked a double queen. I went back to the desk and the attendant stated he had my reservation as a king. I showed him my reservation and then he changed my room to the double queen. The next morning I got a message from the location stating they were going to charge me a pet fee-after I had told them twice that he is a service dog and his primary function. I informed them again and they stated they would not charge for him. Towels are threadbare.

How it was right off interstate close to everything

We couldn’t get into hot tub or pool because they allowed tons of kids in both ifor hours, tried to get in next morning and hot tub and pool it does not even open til 11. Shower in room, water was freezing never got warm, fridge in room was warm.
