When I went to check in it, it was a video kiosk with someone who seemed to be in another country. Communication was hard and it took pretty long. Behind me there was a leak in the ceiling going in spurts onto the floor entirely unmarked and ignored. Also, the room numbering convention was different on the two floors so when I went to get to my room, I ended needing to walk nearly the entire building.

It appeared to be a satisfactory accommodation for our needs but due to misinformation, we never arrived.

The listing for the property was incorrect and misleading, it indicated it was approximately 5.6 miles from our location in Alpine, AL when in fact it was more than 78 miles away. I would suggest correcting the location information relating to Alpine. As our room was guaranteed we had no ability to cancel so were obligated to pay.

The location.

The room wasn’t cleaned. My toilet leaked they moved me to a different room that wasn’t cleaned and the shower head sprayed water up the wall whil tryin to shower. Ther was fake nails from previous guest by the tall lamps. The shower wasn’t clean. It look like someone peed in the shower because it was yellow stuff all in the bottom an up the side. Would not recommend staying. And the room stinks.
