"We did not stay here, and I do not expect to be charged for a night when we were inconvenienced in the booking process."

The property seems nice.

I didn’t like that it was not pet friendly, and I did not find out until we arrived. My search for pet friendly indicated this quality inn was pet friendly and I took it no further.

"it was ok for the price I guess"

breakfast was OK but not much variety as other hotels where we have stayed

no elevator and we wanted an upstairs room, we have difficulty climbing stairs, so we stayed on 1st floor

Parking lot is a bit small. There were a few larger company vehicles so it made it a little difficult to park.
