Hampton Inn & Suites Berkshires-Lenox

Extra bed set up at the door,blocked our way to enter the room.We asked to leave only mattress for my kid,they said that's whole set,can not separate,finally they took it out .So confused arrangements. The breakfast lady no smile,my kid wanted to open the tray lid to take some sausages,but it's too high to open,two ladies stood there to see him,no any help for him,I had to stand from table to help him.Thst's fine,it's parents duty. The room bed too soft,not comfortable to back. The Gym and swimming pool are wonderful,the staff is friendly. The front door coffee and water are convenient.

We liked this hotel. Convenient location. Great quality of rooms with a good price. We had an issue at checking in, but staff were helpful and it was solved. I would recommend it.

Clean, new and comfortable. Liked breakfast buffet and 24 hour coffee.

It would be nicer if the rooms were a little better decorated. Not a problem just a suggestion.

Hi, when I checked in the guy at the front desk said that the hotel was full so they gave me a different type of room. I told him I paid for a two queen bed and somehow he found me a room. So basically he lied. Terrible terrible impression.

Clean , location, lovely desk staff

We are seriously considering not returning to Hampton inn as we have annually because a) no housekeeping daily ( alternate days) B) no smart tv We make our bed at home every day.. not every other day. Spoke to Steve, head of housekeeping ,who said this was a corporate decision But we stayed for four nights And had housekeeping exactly once! We’d like a response to this evaluation Thank you

First time booking with hotels.com I do not think I will do that again. Could not get Hampton points from this reservation. The room I requested was not the room we first got, but a very understanding employee named Mary Ellen helped us out and we finally did get the correct room! I was unhappy about no services in the room for 2 days. No changing towels, no picking up trash, no making the bed. The towels there were very thin. There was a cobweb and a spider hanging in the middle of the room when we entered. Not our best experience

the rooms were cleaned every other day. when they came to the room all the trash was not emptied, dirty washcloths were not replaced. been to many hamptons all around the country. this one was ok. the best part is the location
