For the price it wasn’t bad at all… the grounds were well kept…the beach was incredible,amazing,beautiful…. That’s why I booked for 2 more days. I came a little early but they didn’t let us check in..I also booked in Montego Bay for a week but we went to Negril & went nuts over the beach so I stayed there😂😂🏖️🌴❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲

This is my second time staying here. They were accomidating with my room (I requested upstairs) and very friendly. The breakfast is delicious and nice drinks at the bar. I will stay here again.

This hotel, in conjunction with its affordability, is very intelligently built. A lush garden leading to the beach camouflages that this hotel is not a large resort, but in fact a small hotel. And all in all, we had a great stay here - this is as affordable and decent you are going to find a beachside property in Negril. Sometimes it is odd how people can experience a hotel differently. This place clearly has some kind of issue with staff and mold if I look at the reviews below, but I have to say we did not experience any of the kind - possibly dependent on where your room is. Ours was on the left on the below floor, coming from the reception. The shower appeared to be brand new; neither did we run into any other nuisance. If anything, it is the perpetual hustling and loitering going on on the beach. But even here, its small beach bar is kind of secluded from the ongoing disturbance of your Negril beach day on the sand itself. I have argued before that Negril, Jamaica in general (Mobay is worse) should do something significant about the loiterers on the beach. Yes, everyone should benefit from the tourism industry, but you should not bite the hand that feeds you this way.

The receptionist was friendly and very accommodating. The catering and bar staff also the same.

I had the queen size bed, which I found the mattress very uncomfortable, lumpy if truth be told . I was there for 2 nights, and It rained every day for a couple of hours, throughout the day. I still enjoy my time regardless.

The overall condition of the of the entire two day experience was frustrating.

1. My credit statement have reflected multiple charges of the same reservation two days accommodation. 2. Tv communication media and internet services not available for guest. 3. Rooms and external dining infested with mosquitos. 4. Limited parking .

I thought I was at a weed dispensary:day care center, it was horrible. I could not sleep at night the couple with kids was fighting, smoking cigarettes all night and day, the kids was running and jumping the entire time. My question a single person downstairs why would you put a family on top of my head. Nasty Nancy’s .
