The beach was nice

Pictures on the website is deceiving. It is a nice beach site but everything else is diabolical. They turned the hot water off in your room and there’s no overnight Front Desk service, so if you need help with anything there will be no help until the morning after 8am .They gave me a room with mold on the ceiling all in the closet and in the bathroom, you can literally smell it. I woke up with a cough and dry nose and the bed was hard as a rock. When you leave at night and try to come back the gate to the premises be locked we had to wait over 15 minutes just to get into the parking lot of the hotel, the hotel guard was nowhere to be found. We literally had to blow our horn a million times to get someone to let us in.They did nothing to accommodate my stay, they give you a Wi-Fi password, but you have no access to it unless you in the front by the office. Bartender was lazy. He did not want to give me a beach towel every day I tried to ask for one he told me to ask the front office, the front office told me he supposed to give me one. Do not stay here, mosquitoes are out of control and they get into your room while you’re sleeping. There are loud tree frogs throughout the night and water bugs and lizards they get into your room. Food was disgusting cold. They sent me out burnt French toast and dried cold coconut shrimp. this was the worst part of my vacation staying at this hotel please please don’t waste your time because they do not care about yours. Thank me later.

Close by to all my needs. Transportation readily available right outside the property.

Beautiful beaches right there and accessible. Food options in this hotel was ok we ate other places because it was not a restaurant like they display.

The facilities were very nice but the pool was in maintenance. Food was good and drinks as well.

Rooms need iron and ironing board but good regardless
