Negril Palms

Property needed upgrading,poor internet service,room wasn’t clean,towels where grey and dingy, no cover sheets on bed,and old worn pillows,only had a couple of channels on TV ,and a small fridge that wasn’t working.access directly to the beach was a plus,and it had a nice small pool

Nothing unique about the property. They were doing renovation so it was a little bit noisy.

The location is excellent

Average hotel room with a slip hazard after the rain when entering the premises. Bed, fridge and air condition was fine.

Old

The Palms was very clean & comfortable. The rooms have new TVs with cable. The restaurant has excellent food with very reasonable prices. The pool was nice & very clean and the beach area, with beach chairs, was well kept.

I like the way the staff or friendly they make you feel welcome. The kitchen need improvement guest should not having to waith 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Also when buying at the bar take a menu because if they will over charge you it happen to me, I get 3 different prices form the same thing with different person. If you see you room don't clean it because only one key so you have to leave with the housekeeper if you wanted your room clean.

There were issues. The pool was closed from the time we arrived (around 4pm) and still closed when we left. That was disappointing. A lot of little bugs in the room - understandable as windows and doors had wooden slats. Had to go to front desk quite a few times for internet problems, no blanket in the room. It was worth what we paid.
