There were lots of very good, different restaurants nearby. The beach was very beautiful and people were friendly. We even got a room upgrade for free.

There was a lot of noise at night, it led to nights of not so good sleep. Especially the birds chirping really loudly all night long kept us awake, but also honking and loud cars/motorcycles passing by. You could hear every person walk by, the noise cancellation was non-estistent, so it felt like we were constantly being watched/listened to.

Clean comfortable rooms. Nice atmosphere, beautiful landscaping, love the bar and beach area. Great food!

Loved reynolds and the kevante the best! Kevin the cook and all of the bartenders were wonderful!

-Proximity to beach -housekeeping staff was pleasant -beautiful grounds

-Room and Beach Towel service was inconsistent and not available at times -Lobby closed between 9pm -7:30am ish -Food was salty -flying insects in room -fulfillment of housekeeping requests were inconsistent and sometimes addressed -pool closed during my entire stay

Could not tell our room so had to pay cash at bar as we waited for our room. Walk from lobby to sea side bar was the only magical thing about this property. You walked through a well maintained garden canopy of ferns, flowers and fronds. Hat to ask for toilet paper three times, only bar soap provided, much of the lighting was bare bulb wall sconces. Upon stepping in to the room was well detailed at first glance. Walls where thin, could understand conversations in adjacent room. It looks like they are trying to update stuff but we did not see the results of that work. Process good for one night… if you are looking for a bed and beach / pool time this is fine, but beyond that… be aware.
