"Car broken into while on trip"

Definitely did not have a great experience parking my car while on a trip. My car was broken into with significant damage done with a crow bar to open the door. This is a gated hotel and no cameras and the hotel could care less. On top of charging me an additional $60 to get out of the parking lot. Snowed and iced into with a ransacked car when returned doesn’t make me happy. The hotel should be responsible for the damage done to my car because now the electrical system is ruined and cannot open the door and windows and sunroof keep opening after I lock the door.

"TERRIBLE DON’T STAY HERE!!!"

Avoid this hotel at all costs. If you value your vehicle, do not leave it parked here. We were away for eight days and received a notification that our car alarm went off just two days into the trip — in broad daylight at 11:00 a.m. When we returned, we found the car partially dismantled with several parts stolen. The hotel staff was aware of the situation, and we learned that multiple other cars in the lot had also been targeted. When we filed a police report, officers told us this happens frequently at this location. Because of severe weather, we couldn’t get a tow immediately and had to leave the car overnight. By the next morning, even more parts — including the passenger door — had been stolen. The hotel refuses to take responsibility, and given how common this seems to be, it raises serious concerns about what’s really happening. Please read the reviews and be extremely cautious. This place is not safe.

"Car parts stolen, and then stolen again 24 hours later!!"

Friend's car had his front bumper, headlights, and front hood stolen from his car in this parking lot. Came back after a day to get it towed, and the passenger side door got stolen!! After they were told parts were already stolen off the damn car! The room was dirty, no curtain in the window, and there was no hot water in the entire complex. Do yourself a favor, and do not book a stay here.
