Aloft is always colorful and fun in decor

It’s not as clean as it once was. The up keep could be better and my water wasn’t warm when I showered

The property was amazing and comfortable. The first room they gave me had dirty underwear in the bathroom. They gave me a new room.

Staff was not polite at first and not very welcoming. They charged me a $150 refundable incidental fee when I arrived, which they did not disclose prior to arrival and it was not disclosed when I prepaid for the room. This fee was higher than what my room cost.

"It was a nice stay except I specifically booked for the indoor pool. It’s the end of December and snow is on the ground."

The modern appearance and cleanliness.

I specifically booked for the pool which had no heat in the 64° room. I reported it and no one did a thing to help.
