The hotel rooms are like an upscale Motel 6, the food at Waters Cafe is mediocre at best and the service is always slowwww. No matter how much money you spend on the casino floor, it’s never enough. They don’t value long time customers. It hasn’t always been this way. It used to be a fun and amazing experience. Now it’s just all about how much they can get out of you. The worst is the cigarette smoke. It used to be smoke-free. Now it’s like any other back-alley gambling hall.

Can you find a cocktail server at night? Lexus was awesome and so is Johanna but omg if they ain't working the other girls are too busy talking to the slot attendants and walking around with them. Once again can this casino please put a stop to the homeless people sitting at the machines and holding them without playing. Ross was regal and beautiful, her voice strong and angelic. She radiated warmth, sincerity, and a love for shiny details that made each outfit sparkle. The six outfit changes were extravagant, yet each carried an old-school charm that suited her perfectly. The costumes looked heavy and warm, but she wore them with grace and confidence. Her daughter joined her for a few solos-her voice was impressive and full of promise, offering a different musical style that added an interesting contrast to Diana's classic sound.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel. I was traveling with my trained service dog. Before booking, I sent a message to confirm that my service dog would be allowed during my stay. The hotel confirmed it was fine, and I also mentioned it again during check-in. After I checked in, the luggage attendant brought my bags to the room and entered the room without asking for permission. Once inside, he even started opening the fridge, where I had just placed my dog’s food. This was extremely inappropriate and invasive. My service dog barked twice because a stranger suddenly walked into the room and started opening things. She is a trained service dog and does not bark unless something unusual happens. The employee also made a comment saying he didn’t want to get bitten by my dog, which was completely unnecessary. My dog has never bitten anyone. His behavior was impolite and disrespectful. About 10 minutes after my luggage was delivered, I received a call from the front desk saying that someone had complained about my dog and that if she barked again she would be removed from the hotel. Everything happened so fast that I don’t even know if there was actually someone in the room next door. This hotel is not cheap, especially during the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, and I paid a lot to stay there. Instead of enjoying my trip, this situation completely ruined the experience. Because of how uncomfortable I felt, I packed my bags and left immediately. I stayed less than one hour, yet I was still charged for the first night. On top of that, I had to find another hotel the same day, and because of the tournament prices I ended up paying even more than I originally planned. Between someone entering my room without permission, opening the fridge, the inappropriate comments about my dog, and the way the hotel treated us afterward, the entire situation was unacceptable. I will never return.
