"Horrible Customer Service"

First time here and it was my first time playing the push 22 black jack. The dealer was great and was helping me learn, apparently he made a mistake and paid out a push on 22 but no one is allowed to see the footage and I was forced to pay back the apparent bet. The pit boss an uptight and rude and gave no explanation as to why this was happening. Anywhere else the dealer makes that mistake it’s not asked to be paid back. On top of that the pit boss waited to tell me until I had already placed another bet so I couldn’t walk away with the rest of my chips and was forced to finish the hand. Absolutely horrible experience and don’t recommend this casino to anyone.

Good entertainment, good casino staff, cafe is very good.

The Steak house is over priced. Our waiter misunderstood my order. Housekeeping missed cleaning up our room on our first request, we had to call for service a second time.
