Evolution Apartments

Perfect location to access multiple areas of the city for our weekend. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great variety of community spaces in the building.

Have stayed here before multiple times in 2 bedroom apartment with no issue, it is a great location. Main kitchen/Dining area was clean

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment (Apartment 21, Access off the side of the carpark). There was mould all over the roof in the bedroom and hallway of this particular apartment, the air conditioning vents were caked in dust (like a uncleaned dryer vent) and dust on the walls like it needed a bond clean. Alerted reception on checkout, they asked me to email the pictures to their GM (Email address provided). No response. Parking has gone up to $40 per night

It was dirty and the furnishings are old and need replacing

Great view

The location was good. The kitchen facilities were excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Rubbish bin in bathroom had someone’s old tissue in it. The basin in the bathroom did not drain easily. If you are not used to traffic and road noise Room 21 is not for you. Accessing the room through the car park, especially at night was daunting. More than one dessert spoon would have been good.

The views and the location was great. The staff at check in were lovely too.

Our tv and our air-conditioning did not work. The rising sun baked the master bedroom and caused it to be very hot.

Rather slow to book in. Receptionist barely spoke above a whisper making it extremely difficult to hear her.

Friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a higher room with a view as it was my wife's Birthday!

Tiles in shower were very slippery.
