Disgusting small rooms. Dirty nothing positive to say. We left I wouldn’t stay there.

The rooms were of a good standard and clean. A nice breakfast with an excellent cup of tea was served each day.

The showers and toilets should be improved to match the generally good standard of the rooms and breakfast room.

Staff were lovely and the full English for breakfast was delicious! Single bedroom was small but did the job!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My stay here was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. The bedding smelled strongly of mould, to the point where I couldn’t sleep and experienced respiratory discomfort. To make matters worse, the shower was broken, and there was no hot water. Despite claims of a 24/7 reception, there was no one around to help when I needed it. All the lights were off, the place felt completely deserted, and I had no way to get assistance. I walked around trying to find someone, but the premises were empty. I flagged everything during checkout but was offered no real resolution or refund. If you value your health, comfort, and basic support, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

It was great, no issue whatsoever, staff were very warm and friendly, room and location was everything I needed.

The only thing I would mention is that, its so good that they offer free parking which is great, but it was a little bit hard to find(fault of my own as I should have said when I went to reception. I think what would be really good is when driving tinto the car parking space next to the building, put a sign saying park on the grass space for the 25 Russel Street as there were markings for other homes. Just a small suggestion but would make a huge difference.

Multicultural place.

The staff were very polite and friendly. I was able to enter the guest house at any point during my stay, the included breakfast was nice, hot and quickly served.

Ony room for improvment would bee to improve the cleaning standards, where a sock fell down the back of the bed, if was clear this area had not been cleaned for some time.
