Had a lovely week at this hotel. Food was really good, lots of choice. Waiter especially Ali, is an asset to the hotel. Always smiling and helpful. Hotel immaculate for cleanliness. Maids do a fantastic job. Entertainment staff all very happy and lovely to chat to. Get the guests engaged with the activities during the day and on an evening. Especially Aybuke and suzan such lovely girls. Who are so friendly and work their socks off to ensure the guests are habing a great time. I would defo recommend this hotel to friends and family

Had a great stay at sundia suncity . Apartments great, pool area really good size, great food, excellent location, will definitely return My 6 year old granddaughter loved every minute

Such a fantastic hotel. The food, rooms, entertainment team, drinks, all of the shows are absolutely spot on. The location of the hotel is perfect with amazing views. 10/10 experience.

This is the loudest hotel i have ever been to!! There is nothing chilled or relaxing about the place - there is banging dance music from 10am until 11.30pm - our kids are going back exhausted as they haven’t been able to sleep before 11.30 pm - tired children = emotional children = grumpy parents!! Such a shame as the hotel is lovely, beautiful setting, food is fine for l what we paid. Drinks are good. The beach is beautiful, just can not get over the constant noise. I’m sure if kids were older it would be great I’m sure.

Refurbished room, had everything we needed.

Needed another plug socket near bed. Wasn’t cleaned properly.

Location is not far from center and the sea Staff are very polite Private beach, which located in lagoon (need take a car or using shuttle)

A lot of some foods and beverages, but taste many of this aren’t good enough for me. Furniture needs to renew Noise at nights

Beer seems very low alcahol strength

Not enough evening entertainment although recognised early season. That said sister company next door had 5 nights bands etc
