Excellent location, good food and great staff. Hotel grounds are lovely and plenty of choice with food and drinks. Spa also great.

No evening entertainment as didn’t start until mid May and very noisy road works on the hill behind so very noisy throughout the hotel mon - Fri from 8am to 6pm. I think we should have been advised about both prior to arrival as we were travelling with our 86 year old mum.

Personalul de la receptie a reactionat foarte greu la solicitarea de a schimba pernele in camera.a trebuit sa le cerem in repetate randuri in decursul zilei, dar pana la urma s a rezolvat.

Отличный отель в супер месте. Особенно их пляж в лагуне просто сказка. Обязательно приедем еще раз. Отличный персонал, отличный шведский стол и анимация для детей.

Очень медленный интернет в отеле. И вино не очень понравилось.

Good location, friendly staff, very clean and nice food

We booked a last-minute trip in October, and were so pleased we stayed here. The staff are absolutely outstanding, and the food was superb. We were blessed with lovely weather, and we chilled out around the adult pool most days. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. The private beach club is a nice day out, and while we were there, it was quiet, with plenty of seats and sunbeds available. It's a lovely spot for a swim too, and the free shuttle bus runs regularly. The coffee shop in the reception area is great, serving fresh coffee and delicious pastries as part of the all-inclusive - a nice little extra. We asked for a quiet room, which was great. Loads of hot water and cleaned nicely daily. Plenty of family fun and entertainment for everyone, which I expect is full-on in the summer.

This was our second visit to this hotel, we came just as a couple first and then brought the kids the year after. Food was tasty and big variety. Snack bar is the best, burgers and pizza. Drinks are good, beer is good. Adult only pool and a larger pool for the family. Towels provided. Very close to the beach and a shuttle to the blue lagoon provided. Shops one min walk. Recommend arriving at night as the traffic into the area is crazy in the afternoon and took ages. We will return again soon.

Service and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The food was good and met our expectaions.

Cleanliness in the room. Dirt under the bed. Entertainment staff were pleasant, but there were too many requests to join acitivities during a day by the pool.

Food and buffet was amazing, they have fresh bbq meat grilled on spot that is so good. Pool and animation team are good. Really recommend

Lovely hotel and very warming staff. Superbly looked after from check in to check out. Location is fantastic with the beach, shops and restaurants literally 3 minutes away. 10 mins to the lagoon too. The all inclusive option is a must and the food is delicious with drinks and cocktails also superb. Oludeniz is a fantastic part of the world.
