The Coach House Suffolk

Staff are so friendly and helpful, accomodation has everything needed. It's beautifully decorated, all very new and modern. Food is lovely and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Our second visit and we will be booking again. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it's all perfect

Service was excellent. Couldn't fault the quality of the food which was perfectly cooked. The breakfast choices were very good. For myself, I would have liked more nuts and seeds, fresh fruit and live yogurt, but the cooked food was delicious.

The bedside lights were too dim, and lighting in the lounge area could have been brighter.

The breakfast was great, plenty of choice, prompt service and delicious bread. We had dinner at the hotel most of the time as it was convenient and they were very good. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was large and the whole hotel was well decorated throughout with separate dining and breakfast rooms.,There were also smallish seating areas to spend time in. The room was clean, shower was easy to use , variety of beverages provided including water.

Shower screen was a little bit close to toilet, a hand rail in shower would have been great for the less abled amongst us.

The break was really good, we were visiting family and they joined us for breakfast which was freshly cooked to order, the staff were polite and helpful, the room was airy and clean overall we cannot fault the break.
