餐厅东西太难吃！感觉是不会煮饭的人做出来的！收费又太高！都是米其林一星的价位了！拜托酒店寄个明信片也要收邮票费！以前去杭州去上海的国际连锁酒店都是免费给寄的！

"完美的酒店"

我们一家去参加妹妹的婚礼，提前一天到达三亚入住酒店，果然没有选错这家酒店，因为特地备注了蜜月酒店还送了红酒和蜜月布置！满意～下次还是要选择，酒店私密性值得一提！房内泳池很大～

"何もかも最高、文句なしのリゾート"

中国にこんなリゾートがあるのかと思うほど最高のひとときを過ごせました。 ホテルのスタッフはサービスが行き届いており、すれ違うだけでも挨拶してくれます。プールサイドで休んでいると、水を持ってきてくれたり、連れが服をたたまず部屋に放置していたところ、きちんとたたんで置いてくれたりしました。 プライベートビーチは綺麗で人も少なく、のんびりできます。ビーチバーに座って海を眺めるのも最高でした。他にもサイクリングやテニスなどのアクティビティも可能。 ホテル内にはレストランが2箇所ありますが、値段はそれなりにします。私たちはタイ料理にしましたが、味はとてもおいしかったです。ホテル内もしくは周辺には飲み物等売っている売店がないので注意したら良いと思います。街までもそこまで遠くないので食事だけ外に出るのもありだと思います。 夜は近くの鹿回頭公園がオススメ。夜景が超絶に綺麗です。 また是非泊まりに来たいです。

"Nice hotel but needs touching up"

Sanya hotel prices are high, and the reason we chose Banyan Tree is because it has private villas with competitive prices compared to many other large international chains. Thumbs up for privacy offered; however, the hotel itself is starting to age, and some touching up is necessary. Dining options are at a minimal - basically just one restaurant - and after 2 meals you start to get bored. I would suggest you to choose this hotel if you want a private villa with pool to yourself; however, if you don't mind staying in a room, then go for the newer hotels.

"Very nice hotel in Sanya"

Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. However, very disappointed with the serious lack of restaurant options at the hotel - only one restaurant is open most of the day and that's it!!
