"No communication"

We booked this room through Hotels.com, and then the management allowed a location construction crew extend their stay and bumped our reservation. No one contacted us, and we drove all the way there late in the evening only to find out we had nowhere to stay. VERY poor service.

"Bad"

Would have been perfect location to stay before our visit to the closed visitor's center at the Cahokia mounds.

After a10 hour drive there was confusion about our reservation. Said no there is no one by that name. I showed my confirmation in my name and he said we don't need or use that. Did not offer an option. At last I asked( noting the empty lot) if they had a room available to which he said yes. For twice the price +$100 deposit. So we left to drive and find another feeling this was a shot at bait and switch. Found another and discovered previous guy had not looked at my confirmation name that was mine not my hus ands, he didn't even try. When I called 30 minutes after we left royal relax I was told to bad you are getting charged.. underhanded scum bag. Didint try to help poor tired travelers.

"Most disgusting place I have everrrr stayed"

That it was close to the track we was working at.

"By far the worst place I have ever stayed"

Close to where we are as working
