All of the staff were very friendly, the property was always clean, it was very quiet and parking was never a problem.

Day office person was friendly

Night person in office. I wasn't informed couldn't have family visiting in my room. My son in law reserved the room.. His wife and child came for a few hrs and was all but threatened to make them leave. Was told can't get my 100$ deposit back because we supposedly broke the rules..

The staff was very rude, tried to overcharge us upfront for babies as if they were adults. Only for him to refuse us the room entirely. So we never stayed get better people who can talk to others

It was a really small room. It was a great for just to stay one night and the beds were not comfortable

The access to the hotel was terrible. The road to the hotel was blocked off and the detour was difficult to navigate.

The hotel was in a terrible location and looked like it would rent by the hour. It was more like a transit hotel. I was worried about my safety. The blinds in the front were terrible. There were spaces between the blinds and no privacy. People walking by could look right into the room.

Old Route 66 place in a run down neighborhood, but rooms have been updated nicely. With the budget. No matter how you make your reservation, even paid in full, they will request a $100 cash or credit card deposit - big problem for travelers on a budget - and the deposit return doesn’t credit for a day or more. Junky check in office. Draws a lot of transients, but I can see they have spent the money to upgrade the rooms nicely.

It's a very scary place to stay. I suggest don't stay for free either. Hotel is very dirty, lots of mosquitos around of hotel and in the rooms as well.. Very rude staff and not cooperative. Unnecessary extra charges. Check in and out is very hard. Hotel pictures showing nice in the websites but in the reality total opposite. $100 deposit for this dirty hotel. This place is garbage.

Mold in the bathroom and the room wasn’t clean at all. Along with a super uncomfortable bed. The room was a king size bed room.
