We arrived at the facility after a long flight with our young family, having booked and fully paid for two prestigious suites more than two months in advance. Prior to arrival, we had also contacted the property to clearly communicate our needs. Unfortunately, upon check-in we were informed that the suites we had reserved were not available that night. Instead, we were offered two separate suites on different floors, with the possibility of a solution the following day. Traveling with five young children and their mother, this situation was extremely stressful and not what we expected from a well-rated property of this standard. After more than two hours of uncertainty, one of the managers, Anish, stepped in and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to his efforts and several phone calls, we were eventually accommodated in a three-bedroom apartment. Although this was not the prestigious suite we had paid for (USD 17,000 for 6 nights), the room layout was ideal for our family, we accepted the solution as we were exhausted and just needed to settle in after a long journey. That said, the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff throughout our stay made a real difference. Their kindness and constant willingness to help helped us move past the initial disappointment and made our overall experience much more pleasant.

The location and quietness of the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The greenery and cleanse of the resort. All team management were super helpful as they arranged dinner for our anniversary and extended our stay for late check out as our flight late at night.

Some of the waiters were very slow in bringing food and drinks in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet need more food and drinks added .

The private beach is really really bad. I’d say it’s the worst beach in Mauritius. The cocktails at the bar were terrible. Your bar tenders need serious training. Especially for the price . Breakfast also has room for improvement
