Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine

Everything was great I just did not like that one reservation cannot have more than 1 room. There was a lot of confusion with staff on separating the rooms and charging them separately.

It was not for us. Not worth the money in our opinion. We planned for a four day stay and ended up leaving after two days. The facility was very packed, the room did feel like a motel 6, there was a terribly awful smell at the out door pool that smelt like sewage, elevators were extremely packed where you had to wait a significant amount of time to get one available, we used the stairs the entire time up until leaving where we needed to wait for the elevator and a worker who came up after we had been waiting took our elevator quickly as we started to walk up to it, everything was very expensive which money wasn’t the concern however what you got was very very cheap. Our favorite part of the trip was when we left the resort and ate at the Ring of Honor restaurant at the Cowboys Gold Club. Our kids were not impressed, neither were we. We will give credit that the front staff was friendly and their willow text service was very prompt.

Food was not good. Box spring on bed was broken. Didn't have enough towels and bath cloths for 6 people. Other than that it was great. Had a great time.

Our room was hot, the bathroom was not what we are used to. It felt like a motel 6 bathroom (they used caulking to cover over the old and the doors were rusted at the bottom. The room was so hot that everyone in our room sweated at night. The Waterpark and grounds were very clean and honestly one of the cleanest we have ever been to. The hotel side needs work though. I was disappointed in our room for what we paid.

Our room was far below standard. The sink would not drain properly. The tub was dirty and also drained poorly. The toilet was constantly running and difficult to flush. The value for our stay was way over priced.

In our room I found a big spider and for dinner at the restaurant I found a hair in my food. I told the front desk and the lady just laughed. And I didn’t know that you charge for not taking the towel back nobody said anything when we got the towel. They were left in the room so why do I have to pay 120. And the meals I paid for the all meal package and still I got charged. I think I got overcharged and I’m not happy at all. Is that why you want a person credit card so you can overcharge nobody explain anything to me even when I would ask. They said credit I wanted someone to explain I told them I had the all meal package. Very not happy and I won’t go again and I won’t referred anyone to. Very disappointed

I was charged for $299 wake up breakfast when I added on the $199 package at the time. My room was not properly cleaned on arrival it was a rush job floor dirty not mopped table sticky bunk beds dirty. Customer service is trying to tell me what I added but I know what I added. Very disappointed in customer service. But my grandkids had a blast

Had the best time, the staff was amazing if I could I would give them all raises I recommend this location for the most marvelous time ever. 😁

We loved the activities and the cleanliness and timing. However, the front desk staff did not explain how the purchased packages worked. We had several complications due to lack of information and explanation, which caused frustration when trying to use purchased package items. They also failed to fulfill the birthday bash package I pre-purchased so I had to have it removed from my invoice

Insanely expensive for how low grade the water park and rooms are. Kalahari is way nicer and way cheaper.
