Great place to spend with family to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday.

The manager QUIANA WASHINGTON is having an affair with my man ! She knows he’a in a relationship and I have the screenshots to prove it. She doesn’t have an integrity and if she’s doing this, I KNOW SHE ISNT HANDLING THE COMPANYS INFORMATION CORRECTLY. I’ve sent in a formal complaint and I’m going to keep complaining until something is done about her !

We went to grape wine, Texas . Everything we ordered in our package was awesome! Only thing that did bug us was our plug next to our microwave didn’t work. The Dr Pepper was out at one of the refill places and I had to dump the water that came out of the Dr Pepper out of my loyalty cup and it said that I reached my limit. Which i get it could be like someone getting more then 1 cup each time but the worker at the counter looked at me kinda crazy when I told her. She came me another sticker but didn’t say anything and Dr Pepper/ ice remained out. Told her I was just trying to get lemonade now since it’s out and silence. All the attractions and shows were amazing! I do feel like the magiquest is quite time consuming for someone younger. Wish there was different levels to be able to get a certificate. My kids were sad they didn’t get that far. My 4 year old could only go up and down so many times before getting impatient and my 7 year old and 11 year old didn’t advance they wanted to be able to get a certificate but it was quite a lot for 2 days. Food was amazing. Waitstaff was great everywhere we went. My daughter loved the guys putting on the dance parties.

The location was nice, the loft was a little bland , barely any lighting and the remote for our tv didn’t work for the living space. We couldn’t fully enjoy the actual room but besides that , the waterpark was fun. Certain areas were dirtier than others. It is super packed from the moment they opened until lunch time. Plan ahead. Lockers are $15+ . Meals are $15+. They have all types of entertainment. Adventure pass is worth it for the whole group.

The place is absolutely amazing. Great for families. Unique dining experiences. I attended a conference there. The hospitality crew at the conference was on top of everything. I have food allergies that were not noted. They accommodated my special diet without hesitation. I appreciated that so much. My issue was with the front desk. They totally screwed up my reservation. When I realized the weather would be bad my scheduled checkout day, I attempted to add a day before I checked in; following the instructions at the kiosk. Additionally, I had to remove a meal plan. The agent at the time of check in removed the meal plan and informed me to add the extra day, come down prior to check out. Since I was at a training conference, she hated my husband down to make the changes. Blane. I think that was her name. She said the added night would be $79. I was happy. Time to make the changes, the front desk told my husband he could not make the changes. I needed to be available. I miss half of my class to take care of this. The manager he spoke to wasn't available. They did give us a new room. They tried to charge $119 . They made the adjustment to $79 as a 'courtesy' but said they wasn't supposed to. They charged $100 to my card but didn't add it to our wristbands to pay on site. They manager said nothing to me about the confusion or the mix up. The agent at the time tried to assist but I feel she got frustrated with the situation. That 35 minutes of headache effected a good portion of my day. The remaining time at the conference - amazing. The rest of the resort - amazing. The gentleman at the front desk that corrected our wristbands - amazing. All in all.....if you can bypass the nonsense at the front desk, do it. It's a cluster **** . P.s. the tub in our first room was backed up ..... sewer stuff was floating back into the tub. It was nasty. It was addressed when we switched rooms. The second room was perfect. Will go again if I have my grandkids with me. It's more of a family place than a couples retreat....but that's just my view. 💜

I recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service felt unwelcoming. The front desk attendant seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. At the water park, one of the lifeguards was rude and gave us attitude when we asked a simple question. It made what should have been a fun, family-friendly environment feel uncomfortable. Our room was also not up to standard. The sheets were visibly stained, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall hygiene. Additionally, our interaction at the market store was especially upsetting. The staff member there was not only unfriendly, but her behavior toward us felt discriminatory and unwelcoming in a way that was hard to ignore. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, especially for a place that markets itself as a family resort. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both customer service and cleanliness

We went as first timers and we loved it so much. Food was awesome. The waterpark was so fun my kids loved it. The rooms were clean. A lil bit of expensive but it was worth it. 10000/10000 recommend. My family and I enjoyed every bit of it.

It was amazing! My family loved it, we loved the customer service, and I loved it so much. We played in the water park and got a pass that saved us a lot.

My family really enjoyed this mini vacation the water park was amazing everyone was super sweet but the beds had this metal part sticking out and I have two kids and they got hurt because of this, it’s really annoying because the resort is kids friendly, most of the guests have kids and this shouldn’t be like this.

We stayed at the Grapevine TX location. The atmosphere was nice, we stayed in room 8012. But when I booked the room online I was told a completely different price then what they actually charged!! Like a $600 difference. When you book online apparently they arent completely upfront about all the the changes. Then the room, we had 2 adults and 5 kids, so we got a good size room with an upstairs loft and 1 1/2 bath. The full bath had little course curly hairs all in the tub and upstairs there was no air vents and the ceiling fan was broken. I made multiple requests for the bathroom to be cleaned, it wasn't, and I was told the fan upstairs would be fixed, it wasn't. So my son cleaned the tub so we could take showers and my husband and I barely slept to 2 nights we were there due to being so hot. All in all I would never recommend this location to anyone and I will never stay with GWL again. It was entirely over crowded, many of the staff members we interacted with didn't speak or understand English and for how much it cost, we could have had a cleaner experience in a tent. 0 stars
