Best Western Plus University Inn & Suites

Breakfast was cold. Not much of a variety. no oatmeal

It was dirty in the lobby when we arrived. Elevator dirty. Sofa in room terrible.

It was not very clean. The clerk who checked me in was not very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable. One of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel.

The room smelled bad as soon as we walked in, not clean and fresh, but almost like there had been an accident on the carpet or maybe it was mold and mildew in the carpet. It felt very humid even though the ac was working. It was a room for handicapped person, which we didn’t request and the layout was awkward. The chair in the corner was very uncomfortable, no support, just soft and squishy. The vanity in the bathroom was ridiculously small. Ten minutes after we arrived, I went to the front desk and asked for another room because of the smell. The person assured me the room had just been cleaned and offered me some air freshener, saying all the rooms were full. This all was totally unacceptable to me, but we did not have time to search for another hotel because of our schedule.

The room was clean and spacious.

The advertised pool was unavailable for use as it was out of order.

Close to Dollar General which I needed after we arrived! Very good location for eats, etc!!!

Clean and quiet

We have stayed here quite a few times, so we knew what to expect. The room was clean, but is definitely needing updated. The shower had great water pressure.

The room had a musty smell. The carpet was shredding where it met the tile.
