"Booking.com SUCKS!!!! NO NUMBER TO CONTACT AFTER THEY F'D UP MY BOOKING."

The people whom booked me through booking.com made my experience horrible. They placed me in a 1 bed queen room with 1 chair and foot rest, saying the chair (that didn't let out was supposed to be considered the second bed, chair could barley fit 1 person in it). Was told they absolutely had no availability to change rooms to what I ACTUALLY booked and paid for prior to arriving to the hotel.
