"Change the attitude Mandy"

Mandy was by far the rudest person I have met the attitude has to go especially the way she acted towards my children the stay was wonderful everything was clean definitely a beautiful place to stay recommend it but Mandy could probably use more training in customer service

"Most disrespectful hotel employee ever."

I was passing through for a girls trip and will never be staying here again. The lady who helped us (her name was Mandy) was so rude and disrespectful, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I loved staying here but I have never and will never be disrespected like I was. It was uncalled for.

"Credit Card Fraud"

I DO NOT recommend this place. I am currently having to deal with them allowing someone to fraudulently using my credit card during a stay. The manager was not helpful in resolving this issue. I have now had to cancel my credit card and am having them pursue a fraud claim.

Staff was great! WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO GET US ANYTHING WE NEEDED. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was very good. Breakfsst Room was clean and tidy with Halloween decorations.

Didn't find anything.
