Villa Matejuska Heritage

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Fantastic location so close to the city centre and harbour yet so peaceful and quiet. We loved Split, fantastic history, very clean, beautiful to look at, friendly and safe. And even a beautiful beach for swimming. We would love to have stayed longer, we will return and stay in Villa Matejuska again.

It was in the prefect location, room was ideal, very clean and comfortable, really couldn’t fault anything about it and Luca the property owner was so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again

This is a really good, affordable spot in a fantastic location. We would definitely consider coming here again for a short Split stay. The place isn't upscale but it is clean and in good shape and has nice charm.

Wonderfully clean as always.Very easy checking in And Luka was around in the morning to kindly carry our bags down.

Fabulous, clean comfortable and a superb location on a beautiful square on the edge of the water.

Property was fantastic. Very clean. Owner was friendly, easy to deal with. Within 5 min walk to main strip. Lots of restaurants around the property too.

The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once.

Was a nice suite in a great location near Old Toen Split. Room was very clean and like new inside an old building with lots of restaurants close by and a market

The apartment is in a very convenient place closer to everything. It was very quiet at night. Everything was clean and not bad smells. There's no lifts so better to travel light. I will recommend this accomodations to my friends. Communication with the owners was not necessary since everything is self-explanatory. Thank you for a great place .

Close by everything including grocery store and amazing restaurants. Room was quiet, and large with sitting area.
