Very good location ! It’s also very clean and we felt safe. You should absolutely book at this hotel for your next trip to Split.

Everything was fine except that they never cleaned the room while we were there. The place was pricey so we expected that at least someone would come to change the towels but we were there for 5 nights and no one ever came to clean anything.

The property was ok. The staff was rude and unhelpful. He left our group just 1 key. He messages us that he will help us with stairs but disappeared. When we asked him about parking he sent us to the most expensive one while there were some cheaper options available. Also, during my stay I got food poisoning and requested him to give us an hour extra to check out. He straight away said big fat No and asked us to leave at 10 sharp.

The owner was very communicative and the room was ready earlier than expecting so we could drop our bags sooner than we thought. The room was clean and so were all the linens and towels. Would definitely recommend for future visitors!

Great location, right by a square with loads of restaurants and less than a minute walk to the waterfront, less than a 19 minute walk to the main bus station for easy access for bus 37 to the airport

We requested a room with minimal stairs and were pleased to be given the first floor. Wonderful spacious room, very well done, new windows that kept it silent at night although on a charming street with little noise. Highly recommend as it’s close to the water, the Riva walking street, restaurants, old town etc one of the nicest places we have found on our 5 week trip! It’s walking distance from the ferries so don’t trust the dishonest taxi drivers that say it’s far and charged 30 euros cash!

This hotel is fantastic and close to the water, the walking street, historical areas, grocery stores, lots of restaurants, etc. very very pleased with how spacious it is and in great condition. It’s walking distance from the ferry port so don’t let a taxi driver scam you like he did us for €30. Buffet fife restaurant a bottom of the street to the right was our favorite good prices

Great location in Unesco heritage area. Close to everywhere: port, bus station, promenade, tourist attractions, restaurants. Room comfortable with patio outside.

Very central to Split Old Town, harbour and all the sights. Lots of great traditional restaurants close by. Room was comfortable and clean, and communication with manager clear. Easy walk to train/bus/ferry stations. Great price for location in Split.
