l'emplacement de l'hôtel à Sainte-Foy

Le rapport qualité-prix ne correspondait vraiment pas à mes attentes. Être facturé sur ma carte de crédit pour un séjour que je n’avais pas demandé est déjà très problématique. En plus, la chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Pour près de 200 $ la nuit, je m’attendais à un service et à des installations beaucoup plus fiables.

"Bon séjour a part petit bémol"

C'était bien pour le rapport qualité-prix.A part le bémol ils ont été très sympathique et m'ont quand même offert de change de chambre quand le problème ne pouvait pas être regle. Je voulais l'âge check out le maximum était a 13h et ils étaient vraiment compréhensif.

Pendant mon séjour, il y a eu un problème avec la tuyauterie, donc ma toilette ni la douche ne marchait, ils ont mentionné amené quelqu'un le matin qui me reveillerais pas mais la personne la fais quand même. Ils ont quand même changer la chambre ce qui est bien.
