Ocean Club Hotel

Hotel was nice with a few exceptions. Directions are needed on getting into the hotel. The front of the hotel opens to a sidewalk next to the street. You have to use the parking lot, with no hotel sign, on the street behind. The back entrance, just a hallway, and elevator are dirty and dingy. A terrible first impression. When you find your way to the lobby, that's nice and modern. The pool area and restaurant is nice. Friendly staff. When we got to our room, the temp was 81°. Air was very hard to regulate and blew right on your face when in bed. The room was nice, beds comfortable. The bathroom was OK, but so small you could hardly fit a toiletry bag on the counter.

Beautiful room with balcony over looking the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. Linda and Eboni, at the front desk, are so welcoming and professional! From the minute you make your reservation they are so helpful! They make certain your stay is a most enjoyable one! Highly recommend!

We've stayed here many times and recently brought another couple-and now they're hooked! Eboni at the front desk was a tremendous help with my specific requests in booking the rooms and a pure delight to chat with. The recently updated rooms were wonderful and Sea Salt restaurant never disappoints. We enjoy the upscale feel, amenities and the friendly, helpful staff like Sammy- who still remembered us after a 4 year lapse of time. We'll always return to the Ocean Club!

We were in Cape May celebrating our 70th birthdays and having been friends since High School. We selected the Ocean Club Hotel because it was handicap accessible and was also right across from the ocean. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were so friendly and nice, from the moment we checked in with Eboni until the moment we checked out. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the views were wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.

What a delightful getaway !!!!! I just returned from a long weekend in Cape May and enjoyed every aspect of this hotel .... from the delightful Ebony at the reception desk, the restaurant staff, pool/bar staff and housekeeping all go above and beyond to make your stay lovely. I highly recommend this spot !!!!! Views from the room can't be beat !!!!

The Ocean Club absolutely exceeded all expectations my friend and I had for our weekend getaway! From the moment I first called the hotel, I was met with friendly and helpful staff, which set a wonderful tone for the stay. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the lovely Eboni. Our room was truly perfect: spacious, spotless, modern and boasted a fantastic view. We lucked out with beautiful weather and spent time at both the beach and the pool. The beach setup was excellent, but the pool area itself is, in my opinion, one of the best in all of Cape May! The service at the pool bar was friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food were top-notch. Our favorite part, however, was getting to spend time with the fantastic pool attendant, Sammy—he was simply the best! Overall, our experience at the Ocean Club was wonderful. It offers great value, a prime location within easy walking distance of everything in Cape May and truly A+ service. Do not overlook this gem! We can't wait to book our next trip back.
