Excellent séjour, personnel très aimable et attentionné (en particulier les jeunes à la réception), adorable attention pour mon anniversaire, très belle plage, animateurs sympas et dynamiques (bravo pour leur spectacle Grease et Greatest Showman), repas au top, piscine rafraîchissante et très agréable. C'était notre première fois à Iberostar, nous retenons pour nos prochains séjours !

Excelente hotel, recomendado 100% La atención y la comida muy bien. Cosas que podría mejorar, la climatización de las habitaciones y la habitación en sí, son un poco antiguas, pero no están mal, solo que comparado con otras cadenas no son particularmente modernas.

Lugar privilegiado con unas vistas al mar preciosas. Buena localización y con un caminito que comunica a pie de playa a 5 minutos saliendo del hotel. Todas las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y con un personal con una sonrisa todo el rato. A pesar de que es un hotel grande no notamos que hubiera mucha masificación. Hemos disfrutado de unos dias en pareja muy tranquilos.

We payed extra money for upgrade our already expensive room. The hotel didn't recognise any vip program from hotels.com or Expedia Our room after the upgrade was fine but a lot of money. The quality of the food needs improving
