"For all inclusive there is a lot extra you have to pay for… wouldn’t recommend due to staff."

Good facilities, good food, clean

Staff senior management rude, unhelpful, lied about an earlier conversation about room description issue. Was resolved at end of trip but had already given me a bad impression of the hotel.

Personal an der Rezeption Unprofessionell. Für eine all Inclusive Reservierung hätten wir erwartet, dass der Safe und die Nutzung der Bowling Bahn kostenlos ist. Bettwäsche wurde in der ganzen Woche nicht gewechselt. Handtuch Deposit musste bar bezahlt werden. Kein Concierge.

Only one volleyballfield, which is not enough for the amount of guests. Music endend 11:30 pm and after that there was total silence in the bar. No more entertainment at all after that. Loungers at the beach cost extra money per day, because the hotel has none at the beach. Food was good and the pool was nice.

The food was great and we would recommend this hotel to others, we liked our room because it had a good view on the ocean. We were really satisfyed with the pools outside, which included many activities such as aquagym, pool party and many other games.And lat but definitely not least, the shows, they were so funny.

The beach was a little far away from our resort but it was okay and the paying for the bowling was quite unnecessary. Also the sunbaths were charged.

Breakfast and lunch in the oasis bar were great. Lots of choice and delicious salads Evening meal more choice for vegetarians and fish eaters which I enjoyed but husband not so much Good choice of wines and spirits Staff fantastic on reception and in restaurants and bar. Various activities if you wanted them Recommend booking bus for transfer as much cheaper than taxi and excellent service Beautiful views and beach

Pre made cocktails in the bars. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The spa is in another hotel just opposite Prefer to go to evening meal when we want rather than choose a sitting
