Hassinger Daniels Guest House

Staying in a historic house was a treat! Felt like sleeping in an antique store! Would have liked to look all thru the house. Would have liked to talk more about the house, but we did get off course with our talk. Which in its self, was an enjoyable conversation! Thank you!!

The atmosphere and hospitality of this glamorous Victorian mansion is sincerely welcoming and charming. The unique ambiance of each room and suite offers a cozy area of comfort and awe to a guest by their individual historic interest, with a touch of modern amenities. The beautifully adorned common areas brilliantly shine of elegance and class. Most memorable, is the well-prepared delectable breakfast that delightfully satisfies the guest’s appetite. I will most definitely recommend. A stay at this enchanted Victorian Mansion will gift one with an extraordinary memorable experience.

Stayed here in May 2024 when visiting from the UK. The building is stunning and has been beautifully restored along with unique and historical things to look at. It's like a B&B and museum in one! Sheila is all about hospitality and it feels like a stay with a distant relative rather than a stranger. She is a great host and wants to ensure guests have a great experience. If I'm ever in Birmingham AL again I will be sure to stop here. The breakfasts were lovely too!

This was a very unique and interesting property with lots of history and a cool vibe. The owner/resident manager was welcoming, thorough, and obviously loves her historically designated B&B. It was perfect for my short stay and convenient to everything downtown Birmingham or in my case, Samford University.

One of the most fascinating properties we’ve ever stayed in we had the Camelot suite so we had King Arthur and Guinevere and his horse plus a lovely bath. We would definitely go there again and recommend it to others. The downstairs is pure Victorian it’s unbelievable.

Definitely eclectic and amazing. No hauntings in my room (booo); no pun intended. Very responsive and helpful.
