Staff were pleasant. Ceasar salad was very good except for hard little crunchy bits from the croutons

Shuttle service started an hour too late. Too far to walk to downtown for business. Booking Com noted reservation was fee free for cancelation, bit when I tried to cancel, i was prevented from doing that. I HATE BOOKING.COM!

"Enjoyable five day event"

Hotel was very clean and comfortable ,the staff was all very friendly. We had a banquets .there was a young lady who stood out ..that was perfect fit for our banquet bar tender HANA ..she seemed to enjoy her job and the people around her.
