Propreté sur tout le site, personnel très pro, petit déjeuner parfait.

Problème en arrivant car notre réservation semblait n’être pas confirmée à l’hôtel, bien qu’en ordre pour Booking. Mais merci pour la réactivité et l’attribution d’une chambre surclassée en dédommagement.

The music by the pool throughout the day was far too loud and distracting. Mosquitos!

Be aware that finding car parking is a challenge.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich! Von den reinigungskräften bis zu allen Kellnern! Besonders gut ist auch das Frühstück mit einer tollen Auswahl! Man kann sich vor Ort auch spontan ein Auto (sogar mit Kindersitz) ausleihen.

Der Standard eines 5 Sterne Hotels ist nicht überall ganz erfüllt (schmucklose Zimmer)

The hotel was nice, arrival and checking in was easy, and the front desk staff were super polite and courteous. The staff across the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The activities we enjoyed were the sunset painting sessions, bingo, jewellery making, and the pool gyms. My kids didn't want to join the kids club activities but I could see quite a lot of activities and kids in the clubs. The swimming pools are plenty to choose from, and the heated ones for adults and kids were comfortable on the colder and windier days. The grounds maintenance is perhaps on the best I've seen, with every piece of furniture and ameniy being cleaned daily. Overall, the location is superb with easy assess to the playa flamingo beach, the town is a 10 min walk away. The hotel is airy and bright, with plenty of shade for those who like the sun but not too much. We left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed!

The property is certainly showing its age in some areas. The rooms are not finished to a standard what one would expect from a property claiming to be a 4 or 5 star property. The lighting inside the rooms is very basic. A simple re-grouting in the bathrooms and removing rust or mould would make it look a lot better. There are not enough plug sockets, no USB ports for charging portable electronics, no dimmers on lights etc. The patio has only two chairs even in a family room, presumably kids are assumed not to need to sit in the patio. With the family room, the two sofa-beds provided were uncomfortable with insufficient cushioning in the mattress. Replacing them more often would be a good idea. The range of food on offer at the main restaurant is expansive and that worked well for my family members, but being a vegetarian myself, the options are largely limited to salads and few fairly average dishes (mostly pasta) placed obscurely. Lastly, while the front desk were very helpful when we had questions, we had a strange interaction towards the last few days of our stay. For some reason, the water purifiers on our floor were not working, and my wife checked the higher floors and they were all down. When notifying the front desk, the staff member asked her to check the water purifiers on the other side of the hotel. Thankfully they were up and working 10 minutes later, and all was forgotten, but it felt insensitive in the moment.

La mancanza di un qualsiasi canale TV italiano ad onta di una vasta gamma di scelta tra canali spagnoli, francesi, americani, tedeschi,austriaci ed altri ancora. Le spiegazioni date dalla direzione (problemi tecnici alla cui soluzione si stanno adoperando) non sono, a mio avviso convincenti essendo gli stessi invocati 2 anni addietro in occasione di un altro nostro soggiorno. Terrazzo privo di sole in qualsiasi ora del giorno

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. La chambre familiale avec vue mer était très spacieuse. Le restaurant offre un choix incroyable avec des produits de grande qualité. Le service est irréprochable. Nous avons même eu une gentille attention pour un anniversaire. L'espace piscine/transat était parfait.
