Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn

Great location… 5th time staying here.. great inside and outdoors pools.. great breakfast! Clean rooms ..

The location to town and the ability to walk to many things from the hotel is nice the outdoor pool was a little cold the indoor pool temp is perfect but it gets very stuffy in their door pool room.

The upkeep of the rooms is terrible. We had mold on our baseboards by the tub because it’s leaking and they don’t do anything about it. If you don’t freeze out your room it gets so muggy in there your sheets and comforter end up wet. The last straw was coming back to the hotel after doing things and seeing pest control there spraying a room right next door so I go to the front desk and ask what’s going on and I get told it’s “preventative” and there was no bugs. Why wouldn’t we be told that there is gonna be pest control during our stay and that it was just part of their normal routine. Especially being the room right next to ours. We stayed here last year and it is day and night from last year.

I liked the pools and amenities. Staff were very nice and professional.

The bedding was horrible!! It felt wet and dirty almost like someone urinated and let it dry. No odor just felt sticky and dirty. The breakfast was subpar. The cinnamon rolls and cereal were the only edible things there. The eggs were watery and had no taste. The biscuits and sausage were bland with a bitter aftertaste. And no orange juice. Just apple and cranberry.

The room had a weird smell They appearance from the front door was not the best in the world The hot tub was not as pictured. It was broken, and they were trying to rebuild it. The indoor pool could use some attention on cleaning The pictures were when they first built it. I think the picture should have a timestamp on them.
