Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn

The hotel is always clean and inviting.

Loved everything.

I liked the location it was easy to get to many different locations. Our visit was at the hotel last time we stayed at the inn. In comparison we enjoyed the inn much more.

The front desk people that we encountered were very dry and not very accommodating. Also, we could hear the people nearby for hours before being able to fall asleep. We were on the 5th floor. Children crying and adults talking and laughing very loudly. We were supplied clean towels, but they NEVER made the bed. And when we asked about it we were told only after your 3rd night do they make your bed. Our stay was for 3 nights. Front desk said they could give us sheets and we could do it ourselves. Then when we got back to our room later that night there was sheets, 4 flat sheets 2 fitted sheets that didn’t fit the bed and no pillow cases. After the service we received from the maid and front desk we just gave up and made do until our departure. We tried to communicate with the maid she spoke no English and used her phone to communicate to us. She told us she could not give us anything without getting word from the front desk. Good luck.

Clean and beds are comfortable and pool was nice and good breakfast

pool area was beautiful inside & out always plenty of towels & the complimentary breakfast was great & stayed full & stocked. Room was Super clean, lobby gorgeous

coffee in lobby was always out
