"Courtyard Marriott experience"

Stayed on Oct 13th 25 everyone was professional except the janitor. Heard him fussing about customers tracking water from pool to the elevator. Guessing that's what happens when there's no one supplying pool towels. Out of spite baby boi left the mop bucket out. Unprofessional & childish. Doesn't seem like he like his job

It would be nice if they told you about fees and parking charges up front. I've never know a hotel to take a $50 deposit in case of damage because you checked in with children. And having to pay a parking fee for parking in their own lot unless there is valet service is ridiculous.

Good but they kept charging (3Xs) my card even after I came in physically to pay. Then you pay $5 per day for parking plus $50 a day for ur stay. They say it’s refunded after 2days of checking out. I’ll see about that.

Based on reviews of the hotel online, I thought the place would be nicer. Also, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM, was delayed until after 6pm. Had somewhere to be that evening and they were not prepared.

My stay was 5/5. I would remove a star due to limited parking, but once the parking lot filled, staff provided an alternative. Thank you! I would highly recommend.
