The customer service was excellent, though I wasn’t a huge fan of the $50 a night incidental deposit. But I would stay here again hands-down great service.

"A GREAT stay "

The hotel was very clean. My room smelled fresh. The halls were clean and free of odors. The staff was GREAT! The first desk staff Angela gave A+ service. I definitely will be visiting again.

"Good Hotel for Price"

We stayed here after a long day at the beaches. It was only a one night stay for us. We used the pull-out couch that could have been improved with a better mattress. The bed was comfortable. The room was a bit humid, but it could have been a result of the heat-wave that we were experiencing when travelling. The luggage carts were almost non-existent, which was slightly inconvenient but not a deal-breaker for us. There were a-la-carte food options in the hotel, and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to this hotel from the highway. The hotel upkeep was excellent.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Shower was good, and pool and jacuzzi tub were accessible and clean.

Decor needs an update. The maintenance room door was wide open every time I passed by (seems like it could be a safety hazard for children.) Cafe/bar seemed empty the three nights we stayed (although maybe because it wasn’t the weekend?) Having to pay for parking and no shuttle to the airport.

I have never been to a hotel that you’re a guest at and you had to pay for parking. Paying for parking is completely absurd and a rip off. All of the guests are going to arrive by vehicle so parking should be free! Unless their goal is to cater to locals; it’s really a deterrent for out of towners to stay here when there are other places that have free parking. Also the vent in our room was rusty/moldy. The outlet ports were dated and did not have a usb-c port.
