The location. And the desk clerk

The place was dirty. Walls were nicked scratched. The comforter was stained, and the shower wall was rust stained. There was a musty tobacco smell. I immediately asked for my money back Overall, the place was oppressive.

Check in was very quick. Clerk fast and very respectful. Our room was neat and tidy. Husband enjoyed complementary breakfast. Excellent location near I-10. Conveniently located near several good places to eat. We plan to stay again.

"Don’t stay here!"

This hotel was a joke. The service was not good, and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. There were no amenities (soap, etc), they didn’t even have Do Not Disturb signs available and didn’t know where to find one when asked. The water pressure was non-existent and the temperature was only warm for 2 minutes max.

"Quick and short"

The location and the lady at check in

Portable ac in room, toilet would not flush, shower drain was super slow. Burns on bedspread, hair all over shower, no conditioner in the room.
