"Awful, would not recommend"

Very run down, dirty and room smelled of mold and mildew. We asked to be moved to another room and that room was slightly cleaner, but also horrible mold and mildew smell. Could not sleep because of the stench and we left before daylight. There was no way we were going to eat breakfast at this place. Will probably never stay at another La Quinta after this experience.

"Very unprofessional "

Very unprofessional. Had to switch room due to smelling like rats lived in the room. A/c didn't work. The unprofessional part you do not speak to minors about credit card information or ask them for the credit card accusing we didn't pay when clearly had 2 forms of receipts. YOU DO NOT TALK TO KIDS THAT WAY FOR ONE AND DONT CAME AT MY KIDS ACCUSING
