Stayed for 11 nights and only had the room serviced once and that was because we asked...still using COVID as an excuse. We had to empty our trash, get toilet paper, etc. I travel 40+ nights a year and stay mainly at Marriotts..never experienced anything like this.

Breakfast was fine

Arrived at 9:30 pm. I had booked 2 beds. They sent us to the room & bedding was piled up and beds were unmade. Returned yo reception & were told they had no rooms with 2 beds. Eventually given a room with pullout coach. Very uncomfortable, no blanket or pillow provided, not made up. We should get refunded.

The room #209 was spacious. The staff was excellent. Our room had a smell that the staff took care by doing a deep cleaning We needed towels the staff brought the towels quickly
