Liked the space was clean

Could use another dresser had 2 queen's and a pull out couch but only 1 dresser so we mostly stayed in our bags kitchen floor was sticky not dirty but sticky could be the cleaner keeping to floor sticky

The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the accommodations cleanliness !!!!

I’ve spent weeks this year at top-tier Hilton properties — Conrad Tokyo, Conrad Osaka, Conrad New York Downtown, Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, and Waldorf Astoria New York. At every one of those hotels, I was treated with respect and made to feel like a valued guest. I have also stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns. I give Hilton about 80% of my business. This Hilton Homewood Suites did the opposite. Their message was clear: “We want the room back. Get out.” As a Hilton Diamond member, I requested a 2pm late checkout. At 9pm on a Sunday, I was told they couldn’t accommodate it because they might sell rooms Monday morning. Not because they were sold out — because potential sales were more important than an actual Diamond guest currently staying there. That attitude is especially absurd at a Homewood Suites. This isn’t a Waldorf Astoria managing limited inventory or a high-demand luxury resort. It’s an extended-stay property choosing hypothetical revenue over honoring elite status. What makes this worse: Yesterday I stayed at a small IHG voco hotel, where I have no status at all, and was given late checkout, a river-view room, USB-C outlets everywhere, updated bathroom, and welcome drinks. As a non-status guest at a competitor, I was treated better than as a Diamond member here. Staff were polite, but the front desk manager decision-making was dismissive and frankly disrespectful to someone that counts Hilton stays in months, not days. This is completely out of step with how Hilton’s elite members should expect to be treated.
