Great people work here very friendly and helpful

I wanted to take the time and recognize the amazing staff during our stay from Friday 1/23 to Monday 1/26 during a snowstorm. The front desk staff was amazing… all of them!! especially Caitlin who helped me the most!! She is wonderful and super helpful and very pleasant to speak with!! She helped with a print out, extending my stay etc.Amazing!! Speaking of extending my stay, we had to move rooms and we thought we had gotten everything when we moved to the room right next-door and we had to quickly go attend our event, but when we got back, we saw my daughter‘s hair clip on the outside of the door handle along with a little bag of the other stuff that we left in the other room and we were so impress impressed and happy to see that your staff took the time to make sure we got everything we left behind!! Amazing!! Then the morning staff for the complementary breakfast… For the whole stay… soooo friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating!! They delivered Perfect fun and balanced happiness to start the morning!! Amazing!! Great singer too!!! The upkeep of the hotel during all the snow and the dirt and the wet, etc., was also A+… it is clean everywhere we went and you guys had a great response time when we asked for some additional blankets and towels, and we were just so happy with everything with your staff who contributed during our stay!! They all were amazing!! I also wanted to say that I did utilize the washers and dryers on the second floor where I was staying, which was super convenient to my room!! The laundry room was very clean and comfortable!! Tv and a little couch!! Wow!!! And complimentary!!! Wow!! Amazing!! Last but not least I have to give a huge shout out along with the attached video for the VIP treatment that I experienced on Monday morning as I needed to prepare to exit the parking lot… partially full of snow at that point…since this amazing crew worked through the night to make sure the guests had all the help we could!!!! 7:30am… thank you thank you thank you amazing snow crew!!! I cannot thank of all of these amazing people who helped get me into my vehicle after already clearing the snow off of my vehicle before I even got to it!! But I am just so grateful that while I got my car backed up with the helpful push of the crew over the snow.. they help me get my car out and then at that moment my husband came down to say that the plans had changed because there was a closure so I had to get back into my parking spot after your crew just helped me get out… This is where the video begins. I was out of the spot and I let the guys know I’m so sorry. I have to get back into the spot because my plans changed…. And this was their reaction. They said no problem called everybody real quick the head guy called everybody real quick whistling and everything everybody ran over and these guys had my spot cleared in about a minute and a half… and I was able to pull right back in and I have also attached a picture of that like I felt like a VIP I’m so thankful and appreciative. I grew up in New Jersey my whole life, but I have been living in North Carolina for the last 17 years and I didn’t even have a pair of boots with me so they were full on Lifesavers!!!! I cannot thank everybody enough, and I wanted to share all of this amazing amazing information with their manager because they are so deserving of anything that is possible!!! they have all gone above and beyond with their kind, gracious, helpful, amazing work ethic, and dedication to their job jobs!!! Thank you all soooo very much!!!

Stayed to take a look at a nearby college. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and there was an indoor pool. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hot breakfast was amazing and staff there so nice as well. Lobby was warm and welcoming. One of the best hotels ive stayed in!

As a Union Leader who travels to Albany often, Homewood Suites on Wolf Road is always my first choice. The service is consistently excellent, and the respect shown to guests truly stands out. The rooms are always clean and comfortable—huge shoutout to Gledys, who does an outstanding job and takes real pride in her work. Her dedication makes every stay feel welcoming. Also, special recognition to Jazmine at the front desk, who always greets me with a smile and genuine professionalism. This hotel values its workers, and it shows in the quality of service. Strong staff, solid service, and union respect all around. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow union members and travelers.

The beds were great, rooms were quiet.

On Saturday evening around 8:30 pm I attempted to use the hot tub and pool. To my surprise there was a birthday party being hosted in the pool house. 8:30pm and there were about 40 people in there who were not guests- and they kept coming in for this freaking "party". Front desk staff didn't seem to care. I was not able to enjoy the amenities I paid for which this being the only hotel in the area worth a dam with a pool and hot tub I was quite disappointed. If this location is going to allow local to rent the pool there needs to be a cut off time and I would think 6pm is late enough. I wasn't the only paying guest who walked out of the pool house that night.

The location is great with a few restaurants within walking distance. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
